At the time of writing, Rylock Nunawading (EASTERN) only had 3.6/5.0 (25). Personally I don't think it's justified for this low score. I had 3 x 19yo Rylock Windows with Whitco window winders. Out of these many years, they're still working good. Maybe I had to oil the winders once in all this time. I went back to them for some Flyscreen Corner Stakes due to one of my fly screens were coming apart. Of course I called in out of the blue, and the ladies there were polite and very helpful, they even have my details in their system. In fact they have ALL their customers details since 1994 when they 1st opened. Understandably they don't have the Corner Stakes that fit my 19yo flyscreens these days. However they took the time to find a supplier who does. Subsequently I went down there, and got some of these AUSSIE MADE Corner Stakes and modified them to fit my flyscreen tubes. I must say they were of far superior quality and are CHEAPER than the ones from Bunnings!!!!!! 🤷. Rylock Nunawading is a small family owned establishment. They do look after their customers new and old.... and very old. They do find ways to help to resolve issues. And this After (19yrs) Sales service was A1.

I highly recommend Rylock Eastern for both the quality of product, as well as the friendly professionalism of their team.They just finished enclosing our balcony, and I'm very happy with the result.From initial consult to installation, the process was easy and seamless - and quite fast too. Firstly, not all Rylocks are the same company. 6 mths ago i rang a different Rylock who said they did not install and gave me an installers number to contact. I rang him and he asked him to - he said he does not come out i must send him photos and measurements and he will quote I did that and nothing.I rang Rylock Eastern and it was totally different they quoted on my measurements withing days I accepted the quote they measured withing days and they took out my old windows and doors and put in the new IN ONE DAY. looks great fits perfectly and they delivered sooner than there 8 week quote.I recommend them highly.!

We had six windows replaced by Rylock Eastern in Nunawading. There were a couple of supply issues after covid with the 3 at the rear of our house, but all deadlines were kept for the 3 at the front of our house. Installation was completed in Sept 2022 with excellent liaison and support from Phil. Our windows look AMAZING. We have colonial style white aluminium framed windows and French doors opening onto our garden. At last our home looks as beautiful as we always wanted. Phil and the guys who fitted the windows were true professionals who worked efficiently to give us a great product. Thank you so much Rylock. Worth every cent.

Just had my Rylock sliding door fitted by an amazing old school carpenter who made sure the opening in my 62 year old house was perfect and as such the door was a perfect fit and slides perfectly with no adjustments needed on the door. Phil (from Rylock Nunawading) even came on site to check if some infills were needed. I rate Rylock Nunawading highly and strongly recommend.

Just had Rylock Windows Nunawading, replace my old wooden frame doors and windows with aluminium framed double glazed doors and windows.Fantastic job. Very quick, helpful and professional at a competitive price.Great people to deal with.

I was very happy with the service I got when I went to replace the Nylon Rollers in my Sliding Window, Laurie and the Receptionist could not have been more helpful. We had all our windows replaced by Rylock, 20 odd years ago. Great Product and excellent service. Thanks again for the help it was much appreciated. Regards Peter

Rylock Nunawading are truly the best in the business. Doesn't matter how big or small the job is they will be there to help. They have supplied quality windows and sliding doors to my mums house and mine. Rang up today to get a worn roller replaced and now the office door is sliding with ease. Thanks Phil and Emma. Rylock Windows & Doors supplied and fitted double patio doors and side panels. The service we received was outstanding from start to finish, from Natalie for supplying the quote and advising on the best product to meet our needs. To Phil for the explanation and organisation of the job, and to Travis and the whole delivery and installation team, everything was done professionally, efficiently,courteously by everyone involved.
